Dear backers,
The regular shirts are on track! They will be picked up at the factory and will arrive at our warehouse early next week. We will start shipping immediately after they arrive at the warehouse. We only have 1 guy at the warehouse (hi Ramon!), so it takes a few days to get them all out the door.
Some of you might have noticed this already, but we have a real website now. And not to brag or anything, but we built it with our own bare hands - from payment gateways to warehouse integration. We even convinced an MMA fighter to be our model. Check it out: http://labfresh.eu
Since we would not exist without the support from you guys we have uploaded all your profiles to the site and added a 20% lifetime discount. If you live in the US or EU shipping is also on us.
We have plenty of stylish odor-free socks and stainless ties in stock, but only a few white slim fit shirts. Check it out and let us know what you think.

Dear backers,
Time for another update! It is for sure an exciting time to be a stainless founder. It makes us smile the whole day when we see a video of a happy backer with a fresh shirt on social media. Thanks to everyone who shared - it means more than you think :)
So far all the white slim fits have been shipped, which is 500 of the 1,400 orders. The regular fits are set to arrive at our warehouse on May 12. As always we preferred to be safe and have a new pattern made for the collars, which gave a slight delay.
The blue shirts are last and will be in our warehouse during the week of June 5. We might be able to stay within the promised deadline of May 31, but most likely we need 1-2 extra weeks to make sure the quality is on par.
Delays are super annoying and we apologize for this. All in all it has been tough to stay on top of the quality each step of the way, so we are happy that the delays for each batch have been limited to less than 3 weeks. Especially when one considers the magnificent 4 months journey each LABFRESH shirt has. Starting in China, then through Taiwan, France, Romania and finally at our warehouse in Amsterdam.
As always we thank you for your support and kindness. If you are close to Amsterdam at some point in the future remember that our office has great coffee and Heineken beers :)

Dear backers,
We can now confirm that the first batch of shirts has been delivered! It's now 10pm and we just came home after a long evening in the warehouse. We inspected hundreds of shirts, socks, and ties, and we think it all looks perfect. We are two very proud (and tired) founders!
No it's not irresponsible to bring a Chihuahua to a warehouse
Tomorrow morning we will start shipping the first boxes to European customers, starting with white slim fits with classic collar. Once all white slim fits have been shipped we move on to regular fits, and thereafter blue shirts.
We rock a small warehouse together with a bunch of other Amsterdam entrepreneurs. Ramon will be handling all LABFRESH orders personally, which means we ship slow and take our time to inspect all products and make sure no mistakes are made. Therefore all orders are not processed in 1 day.
Only 1,200 more boxes to fold!
As you might have noticed we are the kind of Kickstarter creators who are in it for the long run. We are building a real business and aiming for sustainable growth. That's why we chose to order extra prototypes and get the fits right, even though it caused 3 weeks delay. Quality always comes first.
From now on new batches of shirts will arrive every 2-3 weeks until all orders are fulfilled. We will keep you updated!

Dear Backers,
We wanted to share some information about when you can expect your shirt. We hope you can’t wait and are just as excited as we are! :)
- April: white shirts in all the styles in slim fit
- April/May: all the white shirts
- May: all the orders with a blue shirt
Unfortunately, we can't offer split shipments. Are margins are too tight to offer this.
Reminder from the last update:
- Surveys will be sent from Backerkit, 10 days after your pledge. Please make sure Backerkit has the right information. We only look at Backerkit, not what you filled in on Indiegogo.
Choosing the right size and design - here's a little advice from us regarding that:
- The shirts are true to size. But if you normally are in-between sizes we recommend going for the bigger size.
- Remember that cotton shrinks up to 2.5%
- We added pictures from the different collars and the size chart to the survey (you can find them with the add-ons, you have to click a bit to find them). You can also find the size chart and how to measure on the bottom of the Indiegogo page.

Dear backers,
Today we will send out the surveys! The information you fill in here we will use for the orders. It doesn't matter what you filled in on the Indiegogo page, we will only look at the information from Backerkit.
For the backers who only recently backed, you will receive the survey 10 days after your pledge is made.
Now it's all about choosing the right size and design - here's a little advice from us regarding that:
- The shirts are true to size. But if you normally are in-between sizes we recommend going for the bigger size.
- Remember that cotton shrinks up to 2.5%
